Recently an article was printed regarding Salman Khans’ Being Human Foundation. It’s quiet upsetting to read that instead of appreciating his work, you people are accusing him off copying Somy Ali’s campaign idea.. Just because Somy Ali’s campaign is called “Human Being” doesn’t mean that Salman stole it from her. Anyone could name their foundation called Being Human; does that mean they also copied her idea? Being Human is what Salman is and that’s what he’s trying to do. Is that such a bad thing? Somy Ali’s campaign and Salman’s Foundation are two different things in two different countries, so why is it such a big deal?
If Shahrukh Khan or any other actor had started a foundation and called it “Being Human”, would you have still printed this article and accused them of copying Somy’s idea?
Why is Somy still in a news and linked to what Salman does? Their relationship has been over for a long time now, both have moved on, so can we please forget all this? What really irritates me is that Somy is no longer part of Bollywood, nor is she any part of Salman, then why is she constantly in the news whenever Salman Khan is? Why is Salman’s named mentioned with her? She’s getting free publicity on Salman’s expense. She does nothing that concerns Salman or Bollywood as far as I see it.
I am a die-hard fan of Salman and have prayed and stood by him whenever he’s gone through a rough time in his life. I would really appreciate it if people stopped accusing him of wrong doings without any proof. Please leave him alone. I applaud Salman for setting up such a foundation and helping out the people in need. I wish to be a part of his foundation and have tried to find a way to get in touch with him and help him raise money. I believe in everything that he believes in, he’s my role model and someone I appreciate and love very much.
Instead of wasting time on writing articles that don’t matter, do what he does, be a human, do something to better this world rather than accusing someone for doing good work.
