A good one Sanam!
Gud reply too Kupid,, even i like to escape from reality from time to time, however, i cannot read or concentrate on something when i need an escape, but yes, its music, meditation and in my case i try to walk as far as i can, or as far as my legs will allow me to, :), however, just finding a good and scenic spot and getting immersed in the beauty of nature,, be it fall or winter, or spring,,, can be very very soothing for the mind and body,, more than we can ever realize...
When is it time to stop? well, when someone speaks to us, or a phone call, (although i turn my cell phone off)or we may just snap out of it when either we feel calm enough inside us or we realize its time to go home!
