“When everything seems beyond you, just listen to the silence of your heart and be led by it” Watching ShahRukh Khan’s message on how to spread love I just was struck by one thing at that moment …its true ,everything in this world thats broken can just be repaired by one thing ..Love. Broken hearts, broken relationships, hostile relations between countries, communities, people ….all can be repaired with just one essential ingredient LOVE. Love ..what I would call as a thought from the heart and not the brain or the mind .

Everytime I have been a bit confused by the conflicting thoughts in my mind ,I have paid more attention to what my heart said. A feeling that I call the gut feeling or an intuition , is a voice from my heart and everytime I follow my heart , I have had very few regrets regarding my decisions as I knew that they could not be wrong as I have never knowingly plotted or planned at targetting or hurting another .

Though the eternal optimist in me lives on and knows that all that went wrong would one day go right ..I often ask myself if am being foolish in believing things can be made ok specially when people are not too keen on setting things right hmm:) Some tell me am foolish to be so forgiving and optimistic but at the end of the day…my heart and its silence says be yourself and true to your heart and things will be the way you want it to be . It cant be anyway else .

The still voice inside you, It’s always there, beckoning us towards love, attention, service, caring, dynamic action and is the sure way ahead. It takes the shape of haunches you receive, when you feel right on the inside, and you just know; or when a sudden thought pops into your head. The intuition .
