Our Home – A “Wonderful” World

Mind you, this “Wonderful” is meant to be sarcasm. I’m just really really confused right now – Should I be banging my head against a wall or should I be voicing my thoughts? My mind is currently filled with so many thoughts that I’m “scared” they might start having ego issues too.

What kind of world are we living in? Seriously..just someone please answer this question for me. And I don’t want to hear any crap about the ever-so-wonderful relationships we have with people and how much we should cherish them. How about those so-”wonderful” people who use one another for their own benefits? The people who claim to love you, respect you, cherish your relationship with them yet they don’t even have a moment to check up on you to see if you’re even alive? Then out of nowhere they want to come back into your life as if nothing ever happened? I think it’s time for a reality check. Don’t preach what you don’t follow yourself. Just don’t. It doesn’t make you look good, nor does it give you any brownie points with God. Oh and since I just mentioned God, I’d also like to mention that each and every single person has their own connection with God – in their own way. Stop brainwashing people. God has given us lots of guidance to be able to know the difference between good/bad, right/wrong. Every person has a right to choose their own path because I strongly believe that many people learn from previous mistakes and get on the right path. Every one isn’t born the same.

Secondly, no religion in this world teaches hatred. NOT even ONE religion. If you think so – please give me authentic proof. Don’t give me any bull crap. So if you respect your religion and expect other people to respect your religion — it’s very simple… YOU must respect their religion too. Stop being a hypocrite. Don’t pretend to be “pro” this or that – you either are or you aren’t. We are living in a world where everything can be seen and heard, your true colors come out quicker than the change of weather.

We also need to remember that when we are born, we do not know which religion or nation we are born into. I don’t know about other religions but in Islam when a baby is born, an Azan (prayer) is given in its ear to “make” the baby a Muslim. So you see, you are born in this world as a Human. Our faith teaches us Humanity. There is no room for hatred, terrorism or judging other people based on their personal beliefs. Being born in a Muslim, Hindu, Christian, Jewish or whatever other religion does not make you religious. You have to reach out to God…you have to make your connection. What you do today is going to come back to haunt you later on. Treat others the way you would like to be treated. Don’t expect others to treat you with respect when you have no respect for them in your heart (purely!). Saying one thing and feeling something else in your heart makes you a hypocrite too. And regardless of what you think, God is watching. He knows the truth. Yours and others.

For last couple of days, I have been seeing what a “wonderful” world we live in. It’s so “wonderful” that it makes me sick to my stomach. Isn’t that great? People are misquoted, misunderstood, misjudged and hey, missed too! Some of the people living in this such a “wonderful” world are so amazing that they start pointing fingers without having any idea what they’re even saying. Without reading up or getting the information from an authentic source to check whether what few people are saying is even true or not. God, I love these people! If there aren’t enough issues in this world – let us attack every single person of a certain nation because ONE person “messed” up. I say “messed” up because the person truly hasn’t messed up. Let’s attack them because we’ll get some much needed publicity. Let’s attack them because we know they’re such an easy target. Oh, Let’s attack them so we can ruin the little happiness they’ve been blessed with. Oh let’s attack their whole family because it’s a great way to gain more publicity. Actually, let’s attack them because it will make us happy and we might gain some more “haters” for them. Uh…well guess what? You all failed. Want to know why? Because not every person of this “wonderful” world is stupid as you thought he/she was. Unfortunately, there are people standing by them because they don’t see anything wrong in what they said. Calling someone an “Anti-hisowncountry” isn’t going to change what he/she feels for their nation in their heart. We are living in such a “wonderful” world that sometimes I’m sure this is the Hell we are supposed to be in. If this isn’t hell, I don’t know what is!

Oh and anyone who has an issue with me being friends with Indians and Hindus – please go get a life. I’ll even tell you the name of the store they sell it at. Contact me!!! My friendships with people isn’t based on their birth nation or their religion. You respect me and my faith, I shall respect you and your faith. You hate my faith – I shall pray for God to help you. I won’t even hate you. Aren’t I nice? Yes, I thought so too. Oh and please do know that what you see is what you get in me. I don’t tell you one thing and then go join groups on facebook or other social networking sites to bitch about your faith or your nation. If I don’t like you, I’ll tell you – or simply I’ll just ignore you. I’m not a hypocrite so you’ll be disappointed if you expect that out of my friendship. I say what I feel and I do what I say. There are no double standards here. Oh and please don’t ask me for my opinion if you don’t have the heart to handle the truth because I’m brutally honest. :D

It’s a “wonderful” world and a “wonderful” life. Cheers! :D
